Co-Founder & CEO
Biography
Victor Anaya Co-Founded Serviap in 2010 with the vision of the growing need for companies to find and hire key personnel for the growth of their organizations remotely.
Since then, Victor served as a commercial key player, helping to attract global business allies and customers for its business in Mexico, as well as improving internal processes of the organization until his appointment as CEO of the family organization in 2017.As a result of his assignment, Serviap's growth has been solid and forceful, expanding its operations in new countries year after year and building technological tools and multi culture team that allow us to improve the experience and efficiency of our clients.
Hobbies
Victor enjoys living together on weekends with his children and wife, as well as his parents and siblings.
Victor defines himself as a person strongly linked to his family.In the same way, he enjoys the company of his friends and partners.Finally, Víctor actively participates in social work, initiatives mainly aimed at child aid and development.

Biography
Jorge is a Financial Professional with more than 15 years of experience on FINCON supporting global companies and S&MED entities on Strategic Planning, Finance, New Business & Products Development, Merger & Acquisitions, Integrated Business Plan and Control Tower Processes.
He is always looking to add his experience on Finance with Business focus to improve the performance of businesses. His main interests at the moment is to support the expansion of Serviap as Head of Finance leading the team and the resources of the organization to achieve the goals of the Direction, Board Members and Investors.
Hobbies
A born-and-raised in Mexico, I like to keep a balance between work and personal life, so, I like to spend time with my family, do exercise such as running and boxing, I like to play Golf (as often as I can), I like to read mostly Business and financial stuff. I like to discover new places to have dinner or hang out with family and friends.

Eric Jocsam Quiroz
Head of Marketing
Biography
Eric joined Serviap Group in November 2019 has 18 years of Marketing and Sales experience in industries such as retail, IT, Political Marketing and Digital Marketing Services, with results still visible. Prior to Serviap, Eric held positions as General Manager, Brand Manager, Business Intelligence and Marketing Manager in companies such as Indra Company, Grupo Lala, Lexmark tm and Pulse Mkt most recently.
Eric brings vision to the company's objectives, transmits to his team the importance of constancy and security of the entire team in their results, always with an artistic touch, to meet the needs of the user, gives the different perspectives of the business and its scope, plans the actions for maximum achievement of the objectives, maintaining a constant learning of the business as well as the industry.

Veronica has a degree in Law from the Universidad del Valle de Mexico, has a diploma in corporate law from the Iberoamericana school, course in business constitution by the secretary of economy and is a certified compliance officer in prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism graduated from ITAM.
Hobbies
Veronica likes to read historical novels, go to the movies and exercise, especially swimming.She likes to donate to animal associations and for people with limited resources. Collect everything about mermaids.

Versatile and forward-thinking professional, with a unique career spanning roles in risk, compliance, administration, research, and consulting. Before moving to SERVIAP, Caldwell focused on defense and intelligence consulting in the Washington D.C. area.Hired in late 2019 to head sales for the PEO division, Caldwell has driven revenue growth of over 70% year-over-year. He is now in charge of replicating SERVIAP’s sales operations in LatAm in other regions of the globe.Caldwell speaks near-native Spanish, having lived and worked in over six Spanish-speaking countries, including Argentina, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Mexico, and Spain. He holds a degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

Bilingual Specialist in Human Resources, with vast experience in a transnational corporations, Marycarmen Prieto joined ServiapGroup in 2018 as Operations Manager.Marycarmen brings more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources processes, Operation Management, General Services Assistance, Compliance, ISO 9001 standards and Corporate Communication.

Born in Germany, Simon came to Mexico in 2014 to finish his studies of a double degree in International Business and Marketing at the Tec de Monterrey University, fell in love with the country and decided to stay. His career took him through working as a commercial director for a coworking company, being a senior associate for PriceWaterhouseCoopers and as a last stop before Serviap, being the Vice President of Sales for Spanish unicorn startup Jobandtalent.
Hobbies
Apart from being an avid traveler exploring Mexico and other countries (29 done, 50 more on the bucket list), Simon likes to spend his time riding motorcycles, doing sports, cooking and spending time with friends and family.

Tania Galindo is an analytical and experienced procurement professional with 15 years of experience helding a variety of purchasing positions working to improve negotiations and managing suppliers; highly skilled at evaluation of suppliers. Specializes in Strategic thinking, responsible for sourcing products and services ensuring the balance between quality and cost.
Prior experience in transactions that involve a strategic partnership with a vendor.

Tania enjoys traveling, experiencing new cultures, sampling the local cuisine of the visited places and make new friends. Tania is inspired daily by her family and love to spent time with them.

Lourdes Hernandez joined ServiapGroup in January 2017. Lourdes is a specialist in information technology systems (IT), with a comprehensive vision for decision-making in IT. Her expertise includes the generation of IT policies, IT security protection, personal equipment control, and management of human resources and projects. In her more than 35 years of experience, she has collaborated with different companies such as Grupo CYDSA Monterrey, Mexichem (Grupo Orbi), and Grupo Famsa, among others. Lourdes has been consistently characterized as assertive when exercising her responsibilities and her drive for continuous improvement and innovation in IT working teams. Lourdes has been involved in developing and integrating technologies in different projects ranging from implementing an ERP system to administrating fifty types of payroll with the support of a team of up to ten consultants.
